3. Hiring Manager Verification

After you submit deposit confirmation, our Hiring Manager is notified automatically (via back-office systems). The manager verifies your payment and activates your account. Activation is required before you can start the internship.

4. Internship & Upgrade

Once activated, complete the 4-day Quick Action internship. After verification and successful completion, the system upgrades you to full-time membership (handled in back office).

Full-time members unlock: Daily Tasks, Referral Rewards, Points Mall, Career Path, and Success Dashboard.

5. Exclusivity

Only serious candidates who deposit and complete the internship are accepted. Competitors cannot access deposit or activation flows without a valid invitation code.
